Robert "Bob" Hallam

Bob began collecting coins in 1960, working in coin shops since age eleven. He expanded his reputation and experience by attending 25 coin shows per year 1980-2000, founding Avenue Coins & Currency in Stockton in 1995, running the operation solo until 2004. His specialties include US coins & paper money, coins of the world (including ancient coins). Bob also has decades of experience with coin photography and coin conservation. Bob manages ACI’s eBay marketing, bullion positions, accounting and personnel.

Joel Del Campo

Joel began collecting coins in 1974. He is a highly-skilled coin grading expert and adept at detecting counterfeit coins. Joel began working for ACI in 2008, perpetually a valued mentor to clients, a tireless “leader by example” for staff members. Joel specializes in the entire gamut of US and world collector coins. Joel oversees ACI’s scrap recycling business and wholesale accounts. Joel is a born teacher, patient and professional. Joel is an accomplished coin appraiser, known for reliable price quotations. Joel is ACI’s “clean-up hitter,” the “glue” that binds together the ACI team.

Jerry Muchaw

Jerry is an experienced bullion trader, a specialist in collectible vintage silver bars. He reliably demonstrates outstanding rare coin and paper money acumen. Jerry manages ACI’s frequent Instagram specials, ACI’s wholesale scrap accounts and wholesale trade operations. Jerry’s high-tech knowledge combined with his deep banking experience helps to insure that every ACI banking transaction is completed seamlessly. His youthful enthusiasm, energy, and ability to do all tasks, makes him an indispensable part of ACI’s team.

Darla Stevens

Darla is our diamond-buying expert and scrap specialist. She also manages store supplies, liaises with burglary victims, and interfaces with law enforcement. Darla is also an accomplished bullion trader who helps manage the shop’s thriving wholesale scrap business and she also demonstrates competency when examining most collector coins. Her friendliness and sharp-witted sense of humor are some of the big reasons for ACI’s success and why we enjoy such a loyal following of repeat customers.

Rich Turner

Rich is an extremely popular and valuable member of ACI’s staff. He fills-in during the week if anyone is sick or on vacation. Rich started collecting in 1958 specializing in US coins and paper money, including fractional, colonial, obsolete, confederate, and national banknotes. Rich has extensive numismatic knowledge that covers virtually every aspect of collectible coins and paper money.
